1. The 60-Day "Courage" Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel the difference. Because dietary supplements often require consistent use to yield results, we offer a 60-day Money-Back Guarantee on your first purchase of any specific product.

How it works:

  • The "Fair Trial" Window: To ensure you have given the product a fair chance to work, refund requests are accepted after at least 14 days of use from the shipment date, but no later than 60 days from purchase.

  • Refund Method: A full refund for the product cost will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges and applicable shipping taxes are non-refundable.

2. Physical Returns

We do not accept physical returns. For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened pouches, supplements, or food items.

  • Do not ship your items back to us unless specifically requested by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  • Exceptions: If an order is returned to us by the carrier as "Undeliverable" or "Refused," a refund will be issued minus the inbound/return shipping fees incurred by The Outgoing Co. to recover the package.

3. Limitations & Abuse Prevention

To keep our prices fair and prevent misuse of our guarantee, the following limits apply:

  • First-Time Purchases Only: The Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the first time you purchase a specific item. Repeat orders of the same product are final sale.

  • Quantity Limit: The guarantee is limited to two (2) individual products per customer within a 12-month period.

  • Multiples of the Same Item: If you purchase three (3) of the same item in your first order:

    • We will refund one (1) unit to your original payment method.

    • We may issue Store Credit for the remaining two (2) units at our discretion.

  • Bundles: For orders containing bundles (more than 3 products), refunds are capped at the three (3) highest-priced eligible products within that bundle, minus any pro-rated discounts applied to the bundle.

4. Quality Assurance

The Outgoing Co. stands behind the quality of every stick of Outty. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. These requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

The following are Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Wholesale orders or orders intended for resale.

  • Discounted or "Final Sale" / Discontinued items.

  • Purchases made using Rewards Points or Gift Cards.

  • Books and merchandise (unless defective).

  • Flavor Preferences: The Money-Back Guarantee applies to the efficacy of the product formulation, not flavor preference.

6. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • Payment Method: Refunds must be issued to the original payment method.

    • Prepaid Cards: We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.

    • Closed Accounts: If your original payment method is no longer available/closed, the refund may be forfeited.

    • Checks: Orders paid by cashier’s check/money order will be refunded via a check mailed to the original billing name and address.
